Pricing questions

How do credits work?

Finding an email costs 1 credit. A domain search costs 1 credit per email found, up to the max you choose. In bulk, each row is counted the same way. If nothing is found, the credit comes back.

Does the email verifier cost credits?

No. The free email verifier uses no credits. Each plan gets free checks every day: Free 5, Light 5, Premium 20, Enterprise 50. Every email counts as one check, also in a list. Checks reset at 00:00 UTC.

Is it free to start?

Yes. Every new account gets 5 free credits, one time, once your email is confirmed (instant with Google). The free plan includes the email finder and 5 free email checks a day. Domain search comes with paid plans. No credit card needed.

What happens if a search fails?

If we find nothing, or a search fails on our side, the credit goes back to your account automatically.

What if I run out of credits?

Upgrade your plan at any time. Paid plans get new credits every month, billed monthly.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can switch or cancel your plan at any time in a few simple steps.
